Flexible Metal Hose Application in Zhejiang Guanyu Baibu Phase I Plant Renovation Project

Project Overview:

Zhejiang Guanyu Battery Co., Ltd. is developing a high-capacity lithium battery plant in Baibu Economic Development Zone, Haiyan, with a designed output of 10GWh. The Phase I plant includes production lines, R&D centers, and office facilities. During the interior renovation stage, our company—Shanghai Songjiang Shock Absorber Group Co., Ltd.—provided high-performance flexible metal hoses designed specifically for HVAC system applications.

Our Solution:

We supplied a range of stainless-steel corrugated metal hoses with multiple connection types, including female threaded ends, male threaded ends, union joints, flanged connections, and quick couplings. These hoses were used to connect fan coil units to the central air conditioning system, effectively minimizing vibration transmission and reducing noise levels within the facility.
